I qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and advise exclusively on employment law matters.
I predominantly advise employees and concentrate on my client’s aims and objectives to reach the best and most pragmatic outcome for them whether that is via the Employment Tribunal or via a settlement agreement.
I have gained extensive experience of negotiating and drafting complex and favourable settlement agreements including for Directors and senior executives and have a wealth of experience in pursuing employment tribunal claims on a wide range of complex matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment and victimisation, TUPE as well as holiday pay and unlawful deduction from wages.
For employers I review and draft bespoke employment contracts, consultancy contracts, handbooks, restrictive covenants, and settlement agreements to the specific needs to the business as well as providing advice on day-to-day HR and employment matters.
