I have specialised in employment law since qualifying as a solicitor and, prior to joining Kilgannon & Partners, I was an owner and director of Just Employment Solicitors for over 10 years.

I act for both businesses and individuals and deal with a wide range of employment law issues, including restrictive covenants, redundancy and discrimination.

I have vast experience of acting for employers in a wide range of sectors, including; education, energy, manufacturing, construction, and professional services. I enjoy getting to understand the specific requirements of my clients so I can provide practical and commercial advice, tailored to the needs of each business client.

I also act for employees, including advising on all aspects of discrimination and whistleblowing and I have advised individuals on employment contracts and settlement agreements. I am very aware that when an individual needs legal advice, they are often having a challenging time.

I am particularly interested in the employment law issues surrounding neurodiversity and I have advised employers and individuals in respect of this.

I fully understand the importance of carefully listening to my clients’ and providing clear advice in a supportive and sensitive way.

I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
